Etiquette

  		•  To maximize your spa experience, we ask that all of our guests to arrive 15 minutes before their appointment time in order to fill out the necessary paperwork while enjoying one of our delightful Onyx Beverages as you wait.
  		• Arriving late to your appointment time will result in either a shortened service or a reschedule appointment. Should the service be shortened, the guest is still responsible for the entire service payment. There may be a reschedule service fee.
  		• Cancellation/reschedule Policy – Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that occasionally schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, a 4-hour adjustment or cancellation notice is required. Failure to do so will result in a $25 fee.
  		• Children are not permitted in the service area unless receiving services.
  		• Please do not bring valuables to the Spa as we are not responsible for them.
